System Shock: Trailer for the remake shows new impressions of the Citadel

A new trailer for the System Shock Remake shows you a few more coherent snippets from the Citadel space station.

Unfortunately, there is still no release date for the new edition of the PC classic.

As good as complete

The good news is that development is “mostly complete,” according to Karry Kuperman, Nightdive’s director of business development.

“You can play through it from start to finish, all the weapons and enemies are there and working,” he tells PC Gamer. “What remains to be done is what is known as ‘fine tuning’. Our goal is for the release version to be as close to perfection as possible.”

Apparently, one is not yet ready to give a release date for the remake.

“Since we support both consoles and PC, it’s an iterative process,” explains Kuperman. “We keep testing and tweaking it.”
