The possible price of the ASUS ROG Ally of its version with the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme is filtered – Xbox
Just this week ASUS, after several attempts, officially announced its first handheld console, which is absolutely amazing if it finally works as promised. A device that equips the new AMD Ryzen Z1 chip, an APU with support for RDNA 3 that redefines power for portable devices. Not only that, the ASUS ROG Ally will equip Windows 11, and will allow any PC game to run natively, be it Steam, Game Pass or any other service, even an individual installation.
The features are amazing. A computer with 16Gb of RAM, 512Gb of SSD and a Full HD 1080p screen at 120Hz, a marvel that thanks to the company’s TUF certifications will also achieve efficient performance and cooling, but the question for many, since the complete presentation will be next May 11, is the price. How much does it cost to have this power and functionality in the palm of our hand? The most expensive Steam Deck comes in at $649 and is of course less powerful.
ASUS ROG Ally is the sensation of the moment
Given the unexpected success of the Steam Deck, the ASUS ROG Ally could push its features and graphics even further… at $699. That is the price leaked by the insider SnoopyTech, which has already been echoed by some media such as The Verge.

Of course, if that is true, we are facing a possible guaranteed success for the ASUS ROG Ally, since the market is opening up to this portable market in which only the loss of functionality is penalized. But in this case, promising power, battery and design, since the console only weighs 608 grams, we are sure that more than one of you will start saving for the day ASUS opens the reservation period. And you? Are you thinking of getting one?
