The sandbox, a leading decentralized metaverse and a subsidiary of Animoca Brands, announces the K-Verse LAND sale on December 8th at 4pm PT. More than 1,500 LAND plots are offered by 17 Korean brands. Buyers get a chance to acquire virtual property and become neighbors of top Korean brands. The metaverse of The sandboxthe world leader in virtual real estate, is comprised of a total of 166,464 LANDs valued at $1 billion based on the average price of the 100,000 LANDs sold to date.
The K-Verse is located on the central map of The sandbox, where many partners and LANDs have already settled with their own concepts. All partners will offer Metaverse experiences on their LANDs based on their IP and ideas.
The 17 K-Verse partners include SM Brand Marketing ([email protected] Sandbox, the SMCU PALACE), AniCube (a music metaverse), Sajah Records (a music oasis with fantastic concerts), gravity (a brand new Ragnarok experience), Lotte World (a virtual theme park), Cube Entertainment (a large Korean cultural complex in Seoul, K-Village), K League (K League COUNTRY), Line Studio (an extension of gaming experience in the casual genre with LINE Studio’s virtual land), CeREELs (a metaverse hub where you can experience the different IPs of CeREELs), Screena (a Metaverse K-Content Museum), Mr Misang (another world of Mr. Misang), Altava Group (BAGC, the golf NFT based on BAYC), Triumph X (a K-character pop-up adventure, I LOVE KARACTER), Clubrare (Lazy Freedom by Lazy Leos), VRISM (a virtual showroom by SVNT), HanDAO (an NFT art site where Korean artists can exhibit) and Donarz (a Web3 platform for non-profit fundraisers).
The LAND sale allows users to buy 1,559 LANDs from December 8th to 12th. Anyone at The sandbox is registered can participate in the raffle for regular LAND (1×1) and Premium LAND (1×1). ESTATEs (3×3 or over 6×6) and the other 15 LANDs (1×1) will be offered for auction via OpenSea.
Premium LANDs that are in the vicinity of well-known brands are particularly rare and are offered with exclusive premium digital collectibles for fans of these brands. Premium LANDs also increase staking rewards and allow owners to collect their collectibles in the Game Maker of The sandbox to use to create unique experiences.
