The sequel to The Batman will no longer be filmed this year
Although filming was originally expected to begin later this year in London, the American WGA writers’ strike has caused the sequel to The Batman to be postponed from its originally scheduled shooting date in November and production is now set to begin. in March 2024.
As the Midgard Times reports, both director Matt Reeves and screenwriter Mattson Tomlin are part of the strike and are among the most active lobbying for fair wages and policies for all Hollywood screenwriters.
Even so, this should not affect the release date of the film, which is still set for October 3, 2025, but it is interesting to see how the production companies are adapting to the strike and are already looking to delay the plans established with months of advance.
Is it a sEsports Extrasthat the strike could continue for even more months?
