As Activision Skylanders announced, there was another famous workhorse in the title. Apparently they meant that without the subtitle Spyros Adventure there might not be enough interest in a video game that requires you to buy plastic figures to unlock new characters. But the series quickly became very popular, and several successors followed with ever new ideas such as vehicles or traps for monsters. However, a few years later, interest in Toys to Life waned, and in late 2016 appeared with Skylanders: Imaginators the last part for consoles. If you want to believe a current rumor, there should be a reunion soon.
However, it should not be a new game, but a collection. A survey sent out by Activision is said to indicate that Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure, Skylanders: Giants &nd Skylanders: Swap Force appear in a revised form. However, plastic figures should no longer be necessary. The collection is scheduled to appear in the fourth quarter of this year. However, it has not been said which systems the game will be released for.
