There will be no Hogwarts Legacy DLC, at least for now
Hogwarts Legacy has been dominating the sales charts even before its official launch (just look at the more than 40,000 physical copies sold in USA upon its launch). But despite this monumental success, the developers at Avalanche Software they don’t have a plan for some DLC contentor at least that’s what they say for now.
Speaking to IGN, Hogwarts Legacy game director Alan Tew said the studio has been “very focused on bringing to life [Hogwarts Legacy]so there are no current DLC plans at the moment.”
Although Hogwarts Legacy is a long game, many have already completed the main story of the game and want more. Avalanche is taking their time to make sure the game is the best it can be in its current state and fixing bugs, so we may not hear from any possible DLC for a while.
There is always hope and, given the success that Hogwarts Legacy is enjoying, it is not unreasonable to assume that Warner Bros. Games is preparing an expansion or even a sequel.
