Vampire Survivors announces its second DLC in record time and at a ridiculous price

those little indies that are released on Steam or other platforms and succeed well above what even their developers anticipated, make us happy. Vampire Survivors is one of them, an independent bet on the roguelite that saw a very first version in 2021, has won a BAFTA for best game of 2022 and, subsequently, has announced its second DLC under the name of Tides of the Foscari.

It’s not just that in just one year, the indie of poncle has left early access, but just 4 months after doing it, we already have new DLC, a record time. Tides of the Foscari will be released on April 13thwhich is barely 2 weeks from today.

Like the first additional content of the game, this new DLC has as much content as a new game and that is that it includes 13 unique weapons8 characters, 1 more level, 20 achievements and nothing less than 7 musical themes additional. According to Poncle, this DLC is “perfect for having an adventure with zero complications.”

The indie studio has also announced that the new location, which is called Lake Foscari, will be divided into several biomes with a fantastic setting, including an Academy for magicians. And all this for much less than the cost of the base game, and that is that when it launches in 2 weeks it will do so at a price of €1.99.
