The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was one of the most anticipated games of the year. And that was partly due to its predecessor Breath of the Wild, which set new open world standards in 2017, and to us
TotK takes many elements from BotW – such as the game world – and builds on them with a number of new or adapted elements, including Link’s new ability set. This then results in an equally familiar and similar playing experience. In principle, the two games are quite similar.
Duel of the Open World Zeldas
It’s been almost two weeks since the release of Tears of the Kingdom, so there’s enough time to have spent enough time in Hyrule. And with this knowledge, we now ask you the crucial question: Which open world Zelda do you like better?
Is it the title that laid the groundwork or the one that built on it? The one who pushed open the door to a new Zelda dimension or the one who already stepped through it with a proud chest? Take our poll and vote!
