Steel Seed will be published by Awaken: Astral Blade publisher

Awaken: Astral Blade publisher ESDigital Games will be responsible for global publishing of Steel Seed. The publisher announced a partnership with the Storm in a Teacup studio and will launch the action and stealth game at the end of 2024, with a date yet to be announced.

In a statement (via Gematsu), the CEO of ESDigital, Oleg Kudishov, commented that the game brings a “great concept” in relation to its structure. Furthermore, he praised the development team and suggested that the project is at an exciting level.

From the first time we saw Steel Seed, we knew that the talented team at Storm in a Teacup had a great concept for their take on the stealth action-adventure genre. We are excited to partner with industry veteran Carlo Ivo Alimo Bianchi and his team on this project and look forward to sharing their vision with gamers around the world.

Steel Seed is in development on Unreal Engine 5 and will be released for PS5, Xbox Series and PC.

Steel Seed is a single-player stealth action adventure game set in a dark science fiction world. On her epic journey inside a hostile underground facility run by artificial intelligence, Zoe is alone with Koby, a flying drone, as her only companion.
