Infinite Wealth almost had more occupations

One of the great highlights of Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is the variation of possible “jobs” for Ichiban and company. The occupations mean that each character has a different look and abilities – as well as being very fun. In total, there are 27. And there could be many more…

In an interview with Kotaku, Hiroyuki Sakamoto, chief producer of the title, revealed some possibilities that were on the initial list and ended up not making it to the final version of the game.

“I have to say, there are many! Basketball players, delivery people and pest exterminators were in the initial concept, but we ended up removing them due to the variety in this work. The enemies are also very unique characters with a lot of unique details and concepts, which was a big challenge,” commented Sakamoto.

Acclaimed by critics and fans, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and PC.

Infinite Wealth reaches 1 million copies sold

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth reached the 1 million copies sold mark, just a few days after its release.
